Flower month labels that measure 1" x 1". These can be made with one large center hole to attached with a rivet (sold separately) or a small button (not included/available). They can also be made with four small holes (like a button) so you can just sew them on. These come in sets of 12 (January - December) AS SHOWN. No extra text or customization is available for this item.
